Jamie Rodriguez

Jamie is a Licensed Social Worker working towards obtaining her clinical license. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in behavioral mental health from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Over the last five years, Jamie has provided therapeutic and supportive care to children and youth in foster care and Military Veterans facing numerous mental health challenges like psychotic and mood disorders, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Jamie is passionate about providing individualized care to those who've experienced trauma by helping them connect to their internal world, strengths, purpose, and goals. Jamie believes healing is possible and is dedicated to providing unwavering support as individuals navigate their healing journey.

Understanding trauma's impact on the mind and body drives Jamie to provide a safe, therapeutic environment for her clients. Utilizing a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented framework, Jamie incorporates modalities into her practice such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Breathwork.
