Jamie Rodriguez

Jamie is a Licensed Social Worker working towards obtaining her clinical license. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in behavioral mental health from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Over the last five years, Jamie has worked providing therapeutic and supportive care to children and youth in foster care and Veterans facing numerous mental health challenges like psychotic and mood disorders, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Jamie is passionate about providing individualized care to those who've experienced trauma by helping them connect to their internal world, strengths, purpose, and goals. Jamie believes healing is possible and is dedicated to providing unwavering support as individuals navigate their healing journey.

Understanding trauma's impact on the mind and body drives Jamie to provide a therapeutic environment. Utilizing a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented framework, Jamie incorporates modalities into her practice like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and breathwork.
