Aloha. My name is Yuko. I love hiking and diving. I’m a mother of two amazing sons, one is autistic, and the other one is a behavior technician. I earned MA in Linguistics from California State University focusing on Second Language Acquisition.

When my son was diagnosed with autism, ABA became my new passion. That was 17 years ago. Back then, autism awareness was really low. I know from experience how lonely, sad, and frustrating parenting kids on the spectrum can be sometimes. 

Thanks to the wonderful communities and teachers, mine grew up to be an incredible young man. It’s time for me to give it back to the society. I am loving my job working with kiddos and supporting families.
